These terms apply to your use of Waterline (the "site"), a website operated by the operator of Waterline ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What Waterline is

Waterline is an interface that shows market data for liquidity pools on Robinhood Chain and other supported blockchains (currently Solana, Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum) and lets you swap tokens from your own wallet. Swaps are routed through decentralized exchange protocols and independent solver networks on those chains. We are not an exchange, broker, custodian, bank or investment adviser. We never hold your funds or your private keys, and we can't reverse, cancel or refund any transaction.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. You may not use the site if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on any sanctions list, or if using the site would break the law where you are. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including any rules on trading digital assets or tokenized stocks.

3. Your wallet and your transactions

You connect a third-party wallet that you control. Every transaction is created by you, signed by you, and sent by your wallet to the blockchain. Check every transaction before you sign it. Blockchain transactions are final. You are responsible for keeping your wallet and recovery phrase safe.

4. Fees

When you swap on Robinhood Chain through the site, a Waterline fee of 0.3% of the trade's value is charged in ETH on Robinhood Chain and sent to our fee address. The exact ETH amount is shown before you sign. Depending on your wallet, the fee is sent together with your swap in one step or as a separate small transaction just before it. If you cancel before the fee is sent, nothing is charged. You also pay the pool's own trading fee and the network (gas) fee, which don't go to us. When you use the bridge, or swap on another chain, a Waterline fee of 0.3% of the amount you send is included in the quote. See the Fees page.

5. Market data

Liquidity, prices, "pool health" labels, charts, launch platform labels and liquidity moves come from third-party market data sources, the blockchains themselves and our own calculations. On chains other than Robinhood Chain, liquidity adds and pulls are inferred from depth changes rather than read from the chain, and contract checks are limited. Some figures are estimates (for example, some liquidity amounts are estimated from the current pool price). Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Token logos and social links come from each token's public profile with third-party market data providers; we don't create or verify them, and a token having a logo or website doesn't make it legitimate. Market cap is price multiplied by supply and is not an amount anyone can cash out; the "Reality check" and "sells for" figures are simplified estimates of what the pool could pay. Labels such as "Deep" or "Draining" and the rug risk score are automated estimates from pool and blockchain data, not ratings, recommendations, endorsements or guarantees. A low risk score does not mean a token is safe. Contract checks look for known patterns and run a simulated sale; they can miss tricks they don't recognise, and a contract holding liquidity is not necessarily a lock.

5a. Alerts

Watchlist alerts, in the app and through the Telegram bot, are provided on a best-effort basis. They can be delayed, missed or not delivered, for example if your device is offline or your browser limits notifications. Don't rely on them as your only way of watching a position.

6. No advice

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell anything. Any token or pool may be listed on the site, including ones anyone can create in minutes. A token appearing on Waterline does not mean we've reviewed or approved it.

7. Third-party services

The site relies on services we don't control, including decentralized exchange protocols and swap routing services, cross-chain bridge and solver networks, other blockchains such as Ethereum, Base and Solana, market data providers, Robinhood Chain and its node providers, your wallet, and our infrastructure providers. We aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees or conduct. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, launder money, fund terrorism, evade sanctions, manipulate markets, or harm others. Don't attack, overload, scrape at abusive volume, or try to get around the site's limits. We may block access or remove pools from the site at any time.

9. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data is accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, data or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site, any transaction you make, any data shown, or any third-party service. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us through the site in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Waterline's operator is established, unless the law where you live gives you a right to rely on your local laws or bring a claim there.
